Antique Folk Art Oil Painting- Lots of Pics - Need Help

Hello All:

I need some help with finding any information on this piece.

After doing a bunch of research, the most I have is:

Antique (really old 1700-1800s) or (1800-1900)
Original
Oil and maybe mixed media
Really 3dish / textured / thick oil paint (esp the face)

Its got multiple labels or signatures:
JOYCE
MW? WM? JJM?
There is a signature or initials within the red yarn ball - JJM? JTM?

This piece is absolutely unique and so amazing in person (if you had to opportunity to see it in person).

Frame is quite old as well
