Any Information Would Be Greatly Appreciated

Hello,
I have recently come across this oil painting and can not find anything on the artist or the painting. The best i could see is that i believe a F.C. Cheung did similar oil paintings but i can not see a direct relation to this artist as the signatures on the way the charring is written is different. Any information would be greatly appreciated as this one has stumped me completely.
