Jewish people, or some Americans, might say "Nu?" and that's Yiddish.

Anything you might say, and subsequently quote within speech marks or quotation marks, is acceptable, even if it's unconventional grammar. So it would not be wrong in a dialogue. But its meaning is not clear.
