How can DHHS give a father temp custody of a 5 year old child he has had nothing to do with that not only has a criminal record of drug trafficking but to this day is under investigation by the local police as well as DEA ? How is THAT being safe for the child !

I have never heard of a 5 year old with a criminal record of drug trafficking.
