Need Help Identifying This Italian Artist A Real Masterpiece

I bought this watercolor painting from an estate sale several years ago. I think it's one of the nicest watercolors I have ever seen. You can see the agony in the poor beggar and the color and composition are superb. It is signed but the name is somewhat small and I would really appreciate any information on the artist..

I think I found the artist. This watercolor labeled as continental school 19th century looks so similar including the colors the staff and even the linen wrapped feet. Signature also looks very similar. What do you all think? I also will post what could be a miniature French painting on porcelain by either J M W Turner or William Turner, the signature is very faint but the frame is exquisite and French for sure. Here's the other water color I found on a paid appraisal site. Click to enlarge and hold control down while hitting the + symbol to further enlarge. I'm quite sure the same artist....
