Does the Bureau of Motor Vehicles get the police report when you are involved in a car accident?

huh? me? It's the OP that did. I'm familiar with laws and protocols in the USA. I benefitted from others experiences and traffic mishaps.

This depends on the state and the accident and the case, contact a local car accident lawyer as soon as possible to help with these issues that may affect the Motor Vehicle Bureau.
