I appreciate your efforts Patches, but the problem here is that you are redefining the words written to fit what you believe you know, rather than redefining what you believe you know to fit the words written.
This statement causes unbelievers to think you mentally ill and alerts me to your scriptural error.
There are a great deal of testimonies on the internet of people bearing witness to having seen Jesus.

What I have written can all be found in scripture. I'd rather not pick through it all right now.
Take as long as you need, but I would appreciate more scriptural data. I am a little reluctant to take the word of man over scripture when apparent contradictions arise between them, I hope that you understand.
