Not sure if it will be lost in translation when hosted on TinyPic so you should go to the io9 article above to see the original embedded image.

@tsarstepan,
Is it the dotted yellow line and the blue stargate thingy? If so, then I see it.

Two things, I think.

There is a small white thingummybob in the bottom right corner that, when you stare at the centre of the picture for long enough, seems to appear to flash on and off roughly once a second.
The other thing I can sort of see, is a second hand moving round the clock face in top left.

It is M. C. Escheresque . . . if that's what you're calling the optical illusion.

The belt on the guy in the background makes it look (a bit) as if the guy in the foreground has his knob out, but I've just got a dirty mind, and no I can't see the hourglass. (I did manage to find Wally though.)

The yellow lines on the watch are on top on the leather and behind the text.
Below it is seperaed from the leather and on top of the man.
Is this correct?

@saab,
The alleged hidden image is supposed to be in the watch face. In theory, its a color overlay though I'm still confused how it works. I'm beginning to suspect crackpot hoax from the i09 article writer.

@tsarstepan,
Well, the blue circular thingy appears in front of the clean shaven fellow's elbow, while the dotted line suggests it should be behind him.
Could be wrong again, of course.

@neologist,
If you follow the link you'll find it's something only a few people can see, it's down to how your brain's wired up. So you either see it straight away or not at all.
