I have'nt menstruation for almost 4 months, i am not pregnant. what are the cause of menstruation delay? what medicine should i take? need advice .

You need a doctor who will see you in person. It could be a ton of issues. We would be at the height of irresponsibility if we were to give you any advice other than to see a doctor.
