Other than the JW's...are there any other religions that correctly teach about the Bible?

Many religions get a good deal correct. Jesus died for our sins, etc. None that I know of correctly interpret how to obey Revelation 18:4 regarding Babylon the Great
We can get to the others when you explain what more you want on this one.
Frank Apisa wrote:
If you are actually answering, "No...there is not"...why not say it that way?

You seem to be inferring that, Neo...I'm wondering why you did not simply say it...even if you had to offer some explanatory sub-text.

Let's discuss this for a while if you do not "get" what I am saying...or if you disagree. We can move on to the other stuff after settling this.
There is no other place I could go to find the truth about God and his purpose for the earth.

Does that help?

But note the words of Revelation 18:4 referring to "my people". That is why I answered your first question in the way I did.

@neologist,
So are you saying, "No, there is not"...

...without actually saying it?

@Frank Apisa,
Well, think of how you asked the question.
I would never again set foot in a Catholic church.
But every Sunday our priest would read something from the Gospels. Nothing wrong with that.

And why should I disrespect the beliefs of others? Better that I should help them find missing pieces.

@neologist,
Once again...no answer.

The question was:

So are you saying, "No, there is not"...

...without actually saying it?

@neologist,
When and I mean , when , will all of Humanity reject religion?

To me , to believe in something above your own Beings existence ; is not Natural. It makes no sense people.

Whether this god or not exists is irrelevant ; the point is how long we CAN EXIST. And how we prioritize our existence. Are we first or second?

We must be first , ALWAYS , ALWAYS , ALWAYS , ALWAYS. There is no compromise.

No

What I'm saying is this; we can become our own god.

All gods' started at some point in their intellectual development.

Well, I am glad you are not saying that Neo is wrong...or that there are no gods.

Is that something you made up yourself; is it something someone else made up that you guess to be correct; or is it something you somehow know?

If the last...please tell us how you came to this information.

Sorry, North, but I do not understand what you are saying here. I do not even understand to whom the "their" refers.

We can become our own god so to speak. I got this from believing in my own Being; Humanity.

To me believing in any other being before ourselves is NOT NATURAL.

Sorry, North, but I do not understand what you are saying here. I do not even understand to whom the "their" refers.

To Humanity's detriment undoubtedly.

@north,
"Dwelling" is not what is needed here, North.

Some decent, logic writing on your part is what is missing.

You seem to be an intelligent individual...with a story to tell or some thoughts to share.

Give it a shot.

I'll give you some time to read Revelation chapters 17&18. I could cut and paste; but I eschew lenghty posts. If the meaning is not immediatly obvious, let me know.

Maybe a good topic for another thread.
Or, a revisit here

Sometimes I wonder how much consideration you give to word choice and order.
I think Frank might understand what I mean.
But, to answer your question as written:
The reading of those passages is not likley to effect humanity in the least.
(Even if you read out loud.)
So don't worry; go ahead.
