can I bring beer in bottles to the airplane?

can i take some good beer back home? it is pressurized, i wonder if it will explode? or if the airline will not let me bring it on?

Most ailrlines, if not all, have a policy against alcoholic beverages of any sort. They want you to buy theirs. Kinda like bringing your own candy to the movies. I had a beer in my carry on as I was going to Japan a few years ago. It was confiscated by the baggage person and I never saw it again.
