Did the NFL Screw the Pooch with so Many Negative Energy SB Ads?

I think yes, I am in party mode when I watch SB, and am not in the least bit interested in having a lot of Debbie Downers either at my party or on my TV in commercial spots. Super Bowl used to be fun, often the commercials were more fun than the game. This is rapidly changing, making me less interested in watching at all.

What say you?

The football is rarely more interesting to me than the commercials, though this year it was, by a lot.

@hawkeye10,
Danny Trejo as Marsha Brady cracked me up. I am old enough to remember the original version of that scene.
