Replacement plug

My dog chewed off the plug in my electric space heater. I do not know which wire to connect to which side. Im not sure if it matters, but the old plug did have one wider prong (on the left as it was pluged in). One side of the cord was embossed with tiny letters and electrical info. Should that correspond with the wider prong on the plug?

@Gil Voss,
If you don't know what you're doing, please don't attempt wiring. It's a nice, easy way to end up with a house fire. Buy a new space heater, or take this one to a qualified electrician if you feel you must keep it.

@Gil Voss,
It does not look too difficult.
Refer to a plug website such as
http://www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plugs-and-sockets/
and a wire color code site such as
