Please help me Identify this artist

Hi,
While going through my father's old trunk, I came across this original pen and ink drawing of FDR. My father was a graphic artist and purchased a few items over the years. The calligraphic style of the signature has me stumped. I would appreciate any help in identifying this artist
I don't know how to upload a photo of the signature, but will email a copy of it to people who would like to see it.
