I dont because it can just as easily be a negative as a positive, as in "Why not me be the one who gets cancer?".

"Dont be afraid to be great" is my choice, "Work hard. Dream big" is second.

I'm glad he is in on the decision. Without his input, it would feel too much like indoctrination.
