Of the teams still in the hunt,
Patriots are picked by 10 of us,
Packers by 5,
and Seahawks by 4.
No love for the Colts.
@fbaezer,
Pancho...You chose Green Bay to win the Super Bowl but you have Denver in next week's game.
@realjohnboy,
I know that, Johnboy. I have been perfect on the NFC, and perfectly wrong on the AFC.
BUT I'D NEVER CHOOSE DALLAS OVER MY PACKERS!
Let's see.
It appears that Green Bay is the choice of 12 players while 7 of us forecast a Seattle win.
I heard a report on NPR this afternoon suggesting that the Seahawks were the favorites because (a) they have a real home team advantage; (b) they "demolished" the Packers earlier in the season; and (c) Aaron Rodgers (the QB for the cheese pack) is a bit injured.
In the other game, 15 of us (I say 15 of us) are picking New England while there are no picks (zero; nada; zilch) for Indianapolis.

I find that worrisome. Around here, everybody seems to think this is a
gimme for the Pats. Not so. The Colts are a better defensive team than
the one Jonas Gray tore up and Coach Hoodie hasn't had a bye week to
prepare.
Any of the four teams could conceivably win it all, seems to me.
I see that the forecast for Seattle calls for a bit of rain and a breeze of around 15 mph...but with gusts of 40 mph.
@realjohnboy,
Conditions perfect for Beast-mode.
@realjohnboy,
I figure Seattle will win, but I picked and am for Green Bay. Like both teams though.
@ossobuco,
seattle is playing like crap...
@Region Philbis,
This is good, from my viewpoint. Still plenty of time, though.
@Region Philbis,
I am underimpressed by what I'm hearing. I'm not following the game - but the commentary.
@ossobuco,
Even though I picked Seattle, I was quietly rooting for the Pack. What an incredible way to lose a football game!

Ugh. The Packers folded like a cheap suit.
Man,I really hate the Sea Chickens!
I also picked Seattle, based on how I thought the game would go. But I was pulling for Green Bay.
The SeaHawks are my kind of team. The best word to describe them is SOUL, After their latest win, the team knelt down and said a prayer. I want them to beat the Pats and by the way, I love the way they can run.
If the Hawks can win next Sunday, what a joy, ir will be, to see old BILL deflated again.
GO WILSON!! Love yah, MAN!
