I can't totally vouch for this but I have no reason to think that this is not legit and it does arise from an image on NASA's web system. There have been at least two NASA images showing recent footprints and the idea that our manned space program may not have died in the late 1970s, appears to have gone from a possibility to a strong probability; the burdon of proof would be on the skeptics at this point.
I don't recall posting images of any bridge on Mars.
The image of the rover and the shadow of a technician working on it are from a NASA webpage, if there's any fraud involved it's by NASA and prior to posting on their own site.
The photo is legitimate. The site is as Gunga posted above (JPL). The problem isn't that the photo isn't legitimate, the problem is that there's no problem. That's simply a photo of the shadow of the rover in which some of its normal equipment looks subjectively like a person.
But that isn't a person any more than this is a bear:

Conspiracy theorists are very funny.
Humans didn't go to the moon (that was faked).
Humans did to to Mars (which was concealed).

I bet if they turned that Rover around there would be one of those automatic carwashes, a red London bus and just across the way will be the only wedding chapel around where the genuine Elvis conducts the ceremony.

I went to the NASA site, and saw the shadow photo--Roswell's answer is the best so far.

@gungasnake,
The height of the rover is 7 feet, that would make the human in the shadow perhaps 4 feet tall, no higher.

@gungasnake,
The shadow appears to be holding a ceramic moonshine jug, anyone else notice that?
It also has a cartoon dog's head, looking upwards.
I think it's Pluto.

I forgot.....
Quote:
6 Give not that which is holy
unto the dogs, neither cast ye your
pearls before swine, lest they
trample them under their feet, and
turn again and rend you.
