I am a freshman in a big southern school applying to transfer second semester. In high school I had a 3.2 GPA and scored a 22 on my ACT. My midyear grades gave me a GPA of 2.5 (my grades are increasing since then) and I already have a 3.5 GPA which my current college accepts, from pervious college courses i took in high school. I have a ton of extracirricular activities. Will I be able to get into UCONN?
@asailey,
Most likely. Be aware that there are thousands of others like you applying so I doubt you won't get accepted, but don't be disappointed if you don't get in. Just make yourself stand out and don't seem like the typical applicant. Good luck!
@asailey,
You can always make the attempt. Recognize that of course your grades haven't always been stellar, but it's more important that you're showing improvement.
@asailey,
Yes, you will get UCONN if you are fulfilling the criteria.
