What statistical tool should I use?

We conducted an experiment. I think it's Mixed factorial design because we had 2 groups (blindfolded and not blindfolded, (the "between") then both groups were asked to taste and rate 2 kinds of chocolate, (the "within")

How do I input this on spss and what statistical tool should I use?
