How to get a deleted video back on Ipad 2, detailed please!?

Help please!
Deleted a very important video by accident while deleting a bunch of pictures before it. I have NOT backed-up any files before. I have looked up how to retrieve it, and have tried all these recovery programs that just unfortunately say I have no program that can download the file(s). I have an Ipad 2, do I have to go on a computer? Is there a way to get this deleted video? Thanks.

@urrajeerk,

Usually stuff that isn't backed up is gone for good if you delete it (hence the idea of backing stuff up). I doubt that going on a PC would possibly do anything but hey, go for it if you think it'll do you any good.

And, next time, save your stuff to a thumb drive or the cloud, or put it on YouTube for gosh sakes.
