Can any one identify this oil painting?

This belongs to my Father in law who is not particularly computer literate so he has asked me to help him identify the oil painting.
I appologise for the poor picture I am no David Bailey the signature is either A. Russo or D. Russo, unfortunately any search of those signatures falls flat on it's face.
