80s/90's Makeover movie request?

Hello, Im looking for a movie from the late 80's or early 90's.

There was this "Geeky" girl who got a makeover from 2 other girls, one brunette and one blonde i think. They were kinda "rebels" with black clothes and big 80's hair. I think the "geek" girl had glasses and blonde hair. The makeover happened in one of the girls room.

Anyone know the name of this movie?? (no its not shes out of control or teen witch)
