Found this in a flea market. I cant decipher signature being that its so light.

Sorry you didn't like the answer I gave you, but chances are it was painted by the person who lived in that house, or by one of his friends. It's most definitely amateur, and probably only worth what you paid for it.

When buying art, avoid single houses. Look at the back, try to find a gallery or framer's reference.

Actually I posted twice by mistake. Thought my first one was in the wrong category. Plus its a painting of a farmer herding his sheep through the snow toward a barn. Sorry but its not just a house painting. But I do agree to your assessment of worth. Till and if I can decipher the artist signature, its just a painting of before mentions dated 1900. I was just hoping for help on the signature and or markings on it. Its not my first rodeo. I have been buying and selling mid level art for years. My three dollar flea market investment turned out well....again
