@Ragman,

This is just my need to tweak because I like your work. I would edit the last part of the last sentence thusly:"...I have 'til Monday to get off of her cloud."

This is funny ragman. I don't think it works without the word "content"

Just saying get off her cloud makes it sound like a Mick Jagger song, instead of the idea of cloud computing.

I think this was a pretty clever one in fact.

I feel the word "content" is key too. This was an older cartoon before the cloud became a buzz word (I originally used the word "Wikipedia" which is not very funny).

Thanks for the suggestion and feedback.

I find figure drawing a challenge. Dogs and fish are much easier but will limit my market.

The Birthday-Dead-fish one is way too long and misses the mark comedicly.
In general , with these cartoons, shorter and briefer is better in comedy.

Hi Ragman,

I can't argue with you that length can kill a joke. The challenge is getting enough information out to give the joke the context that it needs. I have not looked at this one for awhile. A re-write would be a good exercise.

Thanks for the feedback.

@rcleary171,
that is ok, but not one of your better ones.

I have an alternate. If you might recall the Marx brothers famous movie: "The password is Swordfish."

I do recall! One of my favorite movie scenes.

@rcleary171,
Clever, clever pun. I wonder if it won't go over most people's heads. though.

Interesting thought - if it did, no one admitted it.

I'm experimenting with different styles to make up for my limitations.

@Lustig Andrei,
I had to think for a moment. That's the kind I love - assuming I finally understand it.

@rcleary171,
I think this would work better if he were talking to an elderly woman.

I think this had a number of rewrites after the drawing was made.Which is why it didn't occur to me.
