Any info on this artist who paints rabbis (schratt)
The artist is Isidor Kaufmann

However, it seems your painting is a bit off, it's probably a replica.

Ok Thank you - it looks very old from the canvas and nails etc. and why is the bottom written schratt is that the name of drawing?

I assume that someone named Schratt has painted a replica of the original.
The original is definitely Isador Kaufmann.
