Hello fellow a2kers. I'll be in NYC on Sept 27 and 28, flying home of the 29th.
We're just now leaving Halifax Nova Scotia, and will arrive on NYC early in the morning on the 27th. I'm staying at the Holiday Inn Wall Street for two nights, and will be taking a tour on the 27th on the double decker get on get off bus for the day, but will be back at the hotel by 8pm. Anywone who would like to meet and spin some yarn is welcome to join me at the hotel bar a 8pm. I'm treating. Let me know if you plan to come. My name is Tak

I'll be the guy next to Frank who wants to get there early.
Thomas, I think, will still be airborne at that time. We are meeting up in the Bronx near Yankee Stadium at 6AM on Sunday for a race. (We are both volunteering.) But, that might make for a early evening for me....

Yeah, if that bus tour gets done earlier and we can meet a bit earlier...that would be great.
Both Joe Nation and I have early Sunday morning things to do...me work...Joe fun...so if earlier can happen, let us know.
Tsarstepan has no problem because he is wealthy and gets to sleep until 10 am every day...and party until the wee hours.
A bit of an excitement today; a man was called overboard from the ship, and the Captain had to turn ths ship around. The good news is that all is on board, and we're headed back towards NY. Looking forward to seeing all of you at the Holiday Inn. Tak

I useta do all nighters...and go to work in the morning.
One of the reasons I was hoping we could get together a bit earlier...is because I can't do that anymore.
I'll probably just have a drink...and chat for an hour...then make my way back home. The trip home is two hours from the time I leave the lounge. But we New Yorkers have not had a meet all year...and Joe, Tsar and I all want to meet Tak, since he has met almost everyone else in A2K during his travels.
