A survey of 200 johannesburg and 100 pretoria residents was carried out by miss joan amanda, a statistician with ASERC in pretoria. A sample of 104 residents from johannesburg and 48 from pretoria indicated that they would be happy to donate R100 once off to the health world charity if asked to do so by their local governments.
Is the proportion of johannesburg residents willing to pay the special levy different from that pretoria at 5% level of significance?

It all depends on the teacher who set the homework, really.
