Why would you buy a 220 v machine when you don't have a 220 v outlet? are you sure you don't have one? Many houses have one or two 220 V outlets...often in the laundry area, the dryer has a hookup for 220 V or an A/c unit might have an outlet in another location.
If you really don't have a single 220 v outlet, there is possible solution. I'd contact and ask an electrical parts supply distributor or hardware store ... such as Home Depot, as an example.
Frankly, I'd return the machine if I could. You might be talking about looking into purchasing a step-up transformer, but I'd bet that would be a pretty expensive purchase.
