Is this Mold? What is it?

Sorry but I didn't see what you posted. But if you were talking about a wet-looking spot that you are seeing when no water could have been there?
I've had a problem with the same thing.I can wipe up everything completely dry, and an hour later it's "wet" again. I think it's got to be a mold or something. It's just that I have never seen anything like that before.
