error in my project rfid systeme using plc beckhoff and modul rfid turck bl20

The main problem in the RFID Project is that we are unable to upload the file "TURCKFF30.gsd" to the SYSTEM MANAGER in order to complete the gateway from the PLC BECKHOFF to the BLU20 TURCK. When we try to upload it, the inputs and outputs of the F_MODUL aren't shown.

We have noticed that the lights on the BLU20 are as follows:
GW : GREEN
IOS : GREEN
BUS : RED
DIA: OFF

GW and IOS lighting green means that the operating voltage exists, firmware is active, gateway is ready to operate and the connection is active.
However, DIA not lighting means that "gateway not transmitting diagnostic". BUS lighting red means there's an error in the gateway.
