I am having a hard time keeping my bathroom clean. This is what it looks like after I spray it with 3 different bathroom cleaners and Gatsby wipe them off with paper towels....
My bathroom does not feel or look sanitary and I need help.

Try using pumice. You can find them at hardware stores in their cleaning products section.
You can use warm water, baking soda, castile soap, tea tree essential oil,
sweet orange essential oil etc.

use the multi cleaner and spray to wash the bathroom and easily room

You're going to have to scrub. Use a sponge that has a rough scrubbing side or a green scrubbing pad. Ant bathroom cleaner will work much better with elbow grease!
