Body is hot but there is no fever.

I have been facing this condition for last 2 years. The main symptoms are :

1. When others touch , my body feels hot to them ( Hand, palm )
2. When I touch an object or metallic thing, it seems cold to me on touch.
3. I catch cold or running nose even on drinking one glass of cold water/cold drink, which leads to fever.
4. I have no fever detected on thermometer.
5. In last 2 years, I have been diagnosed and treated for Typhoid. Treatment was ayurvedic as well as by medical doctor .
6. Nothing is detected in whatever tests, doctor have asked to .( TB )
7. I cant even bathe in colder water more than normal water as will it results in fever.
8. Pulse rate is normal.

Please Help me out to get rid of this condition.
