My mother is 45 years old,from past 2 years she is suffering from heavy giddiness after she is excretion. Next day she will feel tired and her face turns black.She has blood pressure,asthama and is diabetic patient.Can you suggest any solution

Your mother is very young to have 3 chronic dangerous disseases. There maybe a fourth disease in the process of development. I strongly suggest a clinical evaluation by a trustable phisician.
The number of syndromes that can cause such combination of symptoms in a patient with diabetes and hypertension is really huge. It would be useless to give you a list without a proper personal check up.
Nothing beats a good clinical and physical evaluation. Not even the information found on the internet.
