Well, now there's lots of un-ignoring to do. I hear that life is a flat circle, though. We'll be back here. Re-ignoring, unignoring, peeking at tiny green commentary.

btw - I know there is a subset of women who think it's cool to call each other bitches. I don't want to be confused with those hardy, tattooed, ill-frequently dentifriced sisters of self-deprecating discourse. My eyes go a bit wild when I think that word is directed at me. Not a term of endearment in my circles. But, no foul at all from osso. Smile

I don't normally call people bitches. This may even be the first time I have done so. But it wasn't directed at anybody who has thus far posted on this thread.

Those women weren't as you described, Lash, at all. I just wasn't comfy re the bitch lingo, which was probably expurgitive - is that a word?

If I use it, it is meant in my channel of potential wit words. But you know that.

Sheesh, I even have trouble hearing that female dogs are bitches.

Oh guys - edgar and osso - my anti-bitch post wasn't seriously meant as a complaint about this thread. I'm really sorry if it seemed that way. :/

I know there are some women who use the term affectionately with each other - and since I am so profane, I imagined from osso's funny post that she may have though I was among them. No offense taken! (I have to start using more emoticons. Smile )

(Reading back to see if I can ignore someone over this.)

I knew you didn't say what you may have thought I thought you said, but what you thought I meant was really just a general comment despite what either of us thought the other meant. Though your comment about what you thought I meant did cue me. In short, we be cool.

I was just thinking I have some photographs of their area in Ireland, and this second remembered I did two paintings from them (sent her photos of the paintings, but she had the real place, so beautiful). We never did meet, but there was a possibility at one point when I was back in California.
