Begging friendship, especially online, is likely pointless.
Friendships develop out of mutual interests.
Try religion - It is designed to assimilate the vulnerable.

Or, you can become a regular on a2k, and begin to get to know some of us who have met in person through meets. There have been a2k meets in Boston, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, London, Lippstadt, Houston, Austin, Albuquerque, and a few other places.

Why would I spend 'regular' time in a cyberforum that is last on my list of 'stuff to do, when utterly bored' - let alone 'befriend' its interns?
There are heaps of decent folk here, but neither they nor this cybertheatre draw my interests for long.
