Any time series model for boolean data??

Hi everyone,
Could you please suggest me a time series model for a data with dependent variable (Numeric & discrete data) and 5 independent variables (Numeric, Boolean & discrete).
The sum of 5 independent variables is equal to dependent variables.

Please let me know if you require more details.
