You didn't say if you want them connected in series or parallel.
In series, even without a resistor, you can barely light them with a 12 V battery, whatever the power.
In parallel, you need a resistor around 600 ohms, 4 watts.

80 amps? Are you sure about that? Unless you mean the application is a car battery with something like an 80 amp/hr service?
