car wont start after replacing fuel lines: please help

first of all hello i,m new to this forum but reading some of the posts it seems we have some very clever people here, please can anyone help me! i have a nissan primera 1.6lx fuel injected 1994 had fuel leak in pipes and replaced these , problem is after replacing pipes have fuel pissing out of the carbon cannister , could this be because i never depressurised the fuel system if this is the cause can anyone tell me how to rectify the situation, any help most appreciated

Dunno, dunedin. I changed filters without depressurizing the system. Got sprayed with fuel, but it worked just fine. I would look elsewhere.

It sounds like you managed to reconnect the lines backwards.
