Am I none, quarter, half or full a nationality?

I was born In England, my dad is half Irish half english(born in England to Irish dad) same with my mum yet her dad was Scottish, yet from my dad's side all his ancestors are Irish , same again with my mum as all her ancestors are Scottish, what would that make me? None, quarter, half or full?
