How did Marvin Monroe die? I know he's long dead, but I must have missed the episode.
NOTE: There are ghosts in the intro to the Simpsons. If you play it a slow speed, you can see Bleeding Gums Murphy, Marvin Monroe, etc. standing in the crowd that Bart skateboards past.
