i have purchased some pottery. 2 small bowls and 7 small plates or saucers various sizes. The back is marked noval '11 and would like to know the worth and who made them.

without a picture youre just yelling up a chimney .
You can research pottery marks using a book Like Lois Lehners
"Lehners Encyclopedia of US MARKS On Pottery ,Porcelain and Clay"
.1988, Collector Books.

I have no idea what the web offers because I use the book for all my Arts and Crafts Era pottery.
