HOTMAIL FOLDER FORWARDING

I doubt that there's an option for forwarding all preexisting messages. You should be able to set up a redirect to another account, even a non-Hotmail account (most free services will do this), which will take care of any newer messages. But older ones? I am thinking that this is a manual, one at a time kind of thing, sorry.
