Multiple Testing Problem

Hi,

I have some survey results for a company and I want to use Chi-square to compare if there has been a statistically significant difference in the number of people stating that they are satisfied.

I want to do a separate test for every question in the survey for every department of the company.

But do I need in this scenario to do something to account for the multiple testing problem or not?
