Which test is the right one to do?!?!? PLEASE HELP

I have one categorical data (on a diet: yes or no) and two numerical data (patients heart rate and blood pressure). Do i use a mulitple logistic regression. Or should i look at each numerical data seperate with regards whether they are on a diet, that way i would only look at simple logistic regression. Thank you for anyone that an help me!
