Two Groups Time 1 and Time 2 Non-Parametric

I want to look a the effect of an intervention on Work Satisfaction and Motivation. The data is non-parametric (not normally distributed). I have two groups (intervention and control) (11 in each group) I measure pre and post intervention using scales.

I want to test the effectiveness of this intervention.

I suspect there may be interaction between Work Satisfaction and Motivation (2 dependent variables)

Can any one suggest: 1. The correct tests including post hocs if neccessary 2. If I should have a third hypothesis looking at interaction and if so how would I phrase this.

Thanks
