H2o Man, Greetings. The buttons on the right hand column of my Q2 control panel do not respond when depressed. The rest work normally. Have you ever seen that before? I was wondering if there is a possible crack or loose connection in the ribbon cable causing an open.

@Skixtrm,
I'm not sure which buttons aren't working on your unit in reading both of your posts, but you can try replacing the battery after unplugging the unit. The warranty on electrical is alreay gone so you have nothing to lose. Once in my service days I did run across a stuck switch on the keypad and ran my finger up and down beside the switches and it popped back into the right position.
