I wish to obtain a copy of a U.S. District Court decision and related papers. How can this be done?

Use PACER at http://www.pacer.gov/

Documents that are available online can be downloaded for a charge of $0.10 per page (if your usage is less than $15 per quarter, you will not be charged and court opinions are also available at no charge).

I've found that criminal case documents are often not always available on PACER but you should be able to get a docket report which you can then use to to request copies of the listed documents from the clerk.

Contact the clerk of that court would be my guess as a first step and I would also check out that court website.
