the fact that the western states are so profligate with water should be a problem that they should first try to solve at home. WHY must Nevada hve all the golf courses and why do the still do centerpivot irrigation.
Larouche can keep sucking off his minions, his "solutions" hve always been more for presss than for reality.

The Mulhollnd attitude was to provide the resource no matter whether it needed to be better engineered or not.

Why do I feel little compassion for these folks?

In Texas right now there is a competition for water between agriculture and fraking. There is also the consideration that the US Army Corps of Engineers did not work for Lyndon LaRouche...

nobody likes the COE. You cant politicize engineering like they do. Doesn't matter whose side is running the show. The COE is a toady
