Ever try AZTEC Hot chocolate?? (I dont know whether thats a brand or a nationality). But its really addictive. The coffee shop in Strasburg serves a lot of Hispanic Ag workers who stop in for a morning jolt. One of the guys told the owner about (basically) serving a sweet hot chocolate and mix in some hot chile powder or even a salsa. (IT TKES EXPERIMENTATION because you dont want a Vinegary taste , just some heat and maybe a little toastiness). Its really good on a cold morning.
