It depends on your body language ...if you can't say no. No means no! Where you intoxicated? Did you get naked in bed with him? All these things matter. Did you push him away? He did ask you if you were ok with this. You said you were hoping he'd get the clue....what was the clue? I would have to have more info to make a determination...a claim of rape is pretty darn serious.
